Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between WantFit (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and users in relation to the use of the creator homepage and affiliate services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" refers to the creator homepage creation, product recommendation, affiliate revenue generation, SNS integration, and other services provided by the Company.
2. "User" refers to members and non-members who use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
3. "Member" refers to a person who has registered with the Company by providing personal information and can continuously use the Service.
4. "Creator" refers to a member who creates their own homepage and recommends products through the Service.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

1. These Terms become effective when posted on the Service screen or notified to members through other means.
2. The Company may amend these Terms as necessary within the scope of applicable laws.
3. Amended Terms become effective 7 days after the date of announcement.

Article 4 (Membership Registration)

1. Users apply for membership by filling in the registration form provided by the Company and agreeing to these Terms.
2. The Company supports membership registration through social login (TikTok, Instagram, Google, etc.).
3. The Company may reject or terminate membership in the following cases:
   • Using another person's identity
   • Providing false information or failing to provide required information
   • Other cases where registration may interfere with service operation

Article 5 (Provision of Services)

The Company provides the following services to members:

1. Personal homepage creation and management service
2. Product recommendation and affiliate revenue service
3. SNS account (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) integration service
4. Content management and analytics service
5. Other services developed or provided through partnerships

Article 6 (SNS Integration Service)

1. Members can integrate their TikTok, Instagram, and other social media accounts with the Service.
2. When using SNS integration, the terms of service and privacy policies of the respective platforms also apply.
3. The Company may use public information from integrated SNS accounts (profiles, posts, etc.) for service provision purposes.
4. Members can disconnect SNS integration at any time.
5. The Company processes all data collected through the Instagram API in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We do not sell or improperly share user data with third parties.
6. Members may request deletion of data collected through Instagram integration by contacting admin@want.fit. The Company will delete the relevant data within 30 days of receiving the request.

Article 7 (User Obligations)

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

1. Registering false information
2. Stealing another person's information
3. Unauthorized modification of information posted by the Company
4. Transmitting or posting unauthorized information
5. Infringing on intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
6. Damaging the reputation of the Company or third parties or interfering with their business
7. Posting obscene content, profanity, or content that violates public morals
8. Other illegal or inappropriate activities

Article 8 (Content Rights and Responsibilities)

1. Copyright of content posted by members within the Service belongs to the respective member.
2. The Company may use member content for service operation and promotion purposes.
3. Members are legally responsible for content they post.

Article 9 (Restriction and Suspension of Service Use)

1. The Company may restrict or suspend service use in the following cases:
   • Unavoidable circumstances due to maintenance or construction of service equipment
   • When a member violates these Terms
   • Other force majeure circumstances
2. The Company will provide prior notice of service restrictions, or post-notice when unavoidable.

Article 10 (Membership Withdrawal and Disqualification)

1. Members may request withdrawal from the Service at any time, and the Company will process the withdrawal immediately.
2. Personal information upon withdrawal is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
3. The Company may disqualify members without prior notice if they violate these Terms.

Article 11 (Limitation of Liability)

1. The Company is exempt from liability when unable to provide the Service due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.
2. The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by the member's fault.
3. The Company is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of information posted by members within the Service.

Article 12 (Dispute Resolution)

1. The Company will promptly handle any objections raised by members regarding disputes between the Company and members.
2. Disputes related to these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
3. For lawsuits arising from service use, the court having jurisdiction over the Company's location shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction.

Article 13 (Miscellaneous)

1. Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and detailed service guidelines established by the Company.
2. The Company may establish separate terms for specific services when necessary.
